The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Engineering has been developed to allow learners to gain understanding and knowledge across a range of Engineering practices.

The qualification enables learners to develop essential knowledge in areas such as engineering principles, design technology, electricity, mechanics, statistics and mathematics.

Successful completion of this qualification will prepare learners for employment in the engineering sector or further learning.

 

International Accreditation

This qualification is regulated by Ofqual – The Office of the Qualifications and Examination Regulator in England at Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) Level 3. Therefore, it is international recognised.

 

Entry Requirement

Level 3 qualifications can be offered to learners from age 16.

You must have at least B grades in your GCSE or an equivalent qualification.

English Language must be 5.5 in each component of SELT IELTS for international students.
