Education and Training Qualifications (Level 3, 4, 5, and 7)

We are pleased to inform that we are offering following new courses from April 2019 in Education and Training at Level 3, 4, 5 and Level 7, accredited to UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and awarded by OTHM Qualifications – Awarding Organisation.

Level 3 Diploma in Education and Training Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership

The objective of the OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Education and Training qualification combines both theoretical and practical knowledge in the education profession and will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of approaches to teaching and learning, developing resources and reflective practice. The objective of the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training qualification provides knowledge that underpins the ability to work as an effective practitioner in the education sector. The units combine both theoretical and practical knowledge in the education profession and will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of effective performance, planning and accountability, development and team working. The objective of the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification is intended to develop learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in education. The objective of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership qualification is to develop learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in education. It will provide knowledge that underpins the ability to work as an effective manager in the education sector. It combines both theoretical and practical knowledge in the education profession and will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of leading change, effective performance and team leadership. Learners will be able to work in a variety of roles within education administration and/or management.
