Industrial Engagement
We believe that competent and qualified staff are crucial for any organisation’s success, whether they bring innovation in existing products or services or drive excellence in customer services. We have the following three routes for you to engage with us.
Route 1 – Competence-based
qualifications (England Only)
In this route, we arrange with employers to develop their staff competence with our competence-based qualifications, which require the workplace for assessment. Our work-related qualifications are regulated in England by the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (OfQual) on the Qualifications Framework and awarded by ICQ – a regulated awarding organisation. You can register your staff to achieve the qualifications – approved and valid worldwide due to its recognition in England on the Qualification Framework.
Route 2 – Knowledge and Skills based qualifications (UK and Overseas)
In this route, we arrange with employers to develop their staff knowledge, skills and understanding with our pre-sessional (A Level equivalent), undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. These are qualifications regulated by the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (OfQual) in England and awarded by leading awarding organisations, e.g. Qualifi or OTHM. You can register your staff to achieve the qualifications – approved and valid worldwide due to its recognition in England on the Qualification Framework.
Route 3 – Endorsement (UK and Overseas)
In this route, we arrange with organisations to endorse their training. Our endorsement of training represents a prestigious quality mark within our professional standard framework. This ensures that all learning and assessment processes are managed by your organisation. Once these components are effectively implemented, the Cambridge Management and Leadership School takes on the role of certifying your staff. This certification not only validates their skills and knowledge but also reflects our shared commitment to fostering an environment of continuous professional development and leadership excellence.

We will send you an application form, you can complete, pay fees and send to our partnership team.

Agreement
Once your application is approved, we will add you to the list of our industrial partner list to register your staff.
