Learners must demonstrate they have met all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for all the required units to achieve this qualification.

Grading Classification
All unit grading is based on the following grading classification.
Fail – 0-39%
Pass – 40%-100%

Every unit included in this qualification undergoes a thorough assessment process conducted by a dedicated Assessment Team at the Cambridge Management and Leadership School. This team is responsible for evaluating the performance and understanding of each candidate. To ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability, these assessments are further subjected to a quality assurance review by certified Quality Assurers and are validated by the relevant Awarding body, guaranteeing that the qualifications awarded meet rigorous academic and professional criteria.

To apply for this course, applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Honour degree or
• Level 6 qualification in Business Management or Administration

Having some years of experience (at least 2 years) in the senior management position is advised but not recommended.

Additionally, non-UK students are required to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to an IELTS (International English Language Testing System – SELT) score of 5.5 in order to qualify for this course.
