Overview
The aim of this course is for learners to explore the regulatory role of arbitration as a method of supra-national dispute resolution using comparative perspectives to explain contrasting methods of regulation.
This course is also useful for those learners who have achieved Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law and want to complete International Commercial Arbitration instead or in addition to Corporate Governance – Principles and Practices.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of provisional measures in international arbitration.
