Overview
The objective of the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Management qualification is intended to develop learners’ understanding of teaching, education policy, management theory and practice in education. The qualification further enhances learners’ knowledge to work as effective managers in the education sector. The qualification combines theoretical and practical knowledge in the education profession and develops and enhances knowledge and skills in leading change, effective performance, planning and accountability, development, and team leadership.
Learners will be able to work in a variety of roles within education administration and/or management.

Course Structure
Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Management has six units of 120 credits. Each unit has 20 credits.

Assessment Method
You will write one assignment for each unit. To achieve a ‘pass’ in each unit, learners will demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria.
