Overview
The objective of the Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is to develop learners’ management and leadership skills for effective management of human resources, finance, service delivery, strategies, policies. You will also able to learn how to implement change to manage organisational resources. It provides learners with an opportunity to engage with the challenges facing professionals, services users and policymakers in their own country.
The qualification is a regulated in England on Regulated Qualification Framework at the Postgraduate level (RQF Level 7) to provide knowledge that underpins the ability to work as an effective manager in the hospitals, health or social care industry. It combines both theoretical and practical knowledge in the health and social care professionals. The qualification will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in leading change, effective performance, planning and accountability, development and team leadership.
Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management qualification enables learners to progress for a managerial, CEO or directorship role or any senior management position. The learners can also continue their study to achieve a Master’s degree at the dissertation stage (with credit transfer).

Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is approved and regulated by OfQual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator in England, UK). Qualification is accredited at Regulated Qualifications Framework at Level 7, representing practical knowledge, skills, capabilities, and competencies assessed in academic terms as equivalent to the UK Master’s Degree level.

Assessment methods include only assignments. You will be required to submit an assignment of each unit.
Results and Certificate
Learners must complete six units and achieve 120 credits. The awarding body, OTHM Qualifications, will issue the qualification certificate and the unit transcript.
