Overview
The purpose of the MSC Human Resource Management develops and enhance the career development needs of human resource administrators, advisers, managers and leaders. You will also be able to develop operational and strategic solutions and drive improvement in the workplace.
The qualification further provides learners with the skills and understanding of human resource management (HRM) that align with good strategic decision making to maintain organisations’ competitive advantage.
Course Structure
The qualification has a total of six units and a dissertation.

- Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective
At the end of six units, learners will achieve 120 credits Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, accredited by Ofqual and awarded by Qualifi Awarding body. Learners will then progress to the following unit, delivered by our IDM to achieve University of Gloucestershire MSC Human Resource Management .

About the Awarding body – Qualifi
Qualifi is an internationally recognised awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual in England. After completing the first six units, learners will achieve the Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
