Assessment Methods

Assessment methods include an assignment. There is no exam in this course. You will be required to submit an assignment of a minimum of 1500-2000 words to achieve 10 credits.

Results and Certificate

Learners are required to achieve 10 credits to achieve the following qualification, awarded by Cambridge Management and Leadership School / EBMA.

Exemptions, Credit transfer and further education progression

Learners who will achieve Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Governance will be able to apply to our

• Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law (120 credits) – awarded by Qualifi Ltd awarding organisation, and this qualification is accredited to QCF/EQF/RQF at Level 7 Postgraduate with 10 credits transfer. You will only have to study six more subjects to achieve the full 120 credits Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law.
