At Cambridge Management and Leadership School, we strive to support all of our students.
Cambridge Management and Leadership School has aim to provide a framework or a platform to students so that they can assess their strengths, weaknesses and future opportunities. Administration and Student Welfare office is responsible to deal with each students to provide them career related services.
We guide students with our coaching, mentoring and counselling tools and techniques, assess students' occupational competence, and develop their learning through reflection, occupational exploration and networking.
Study and Cultural Trips
At Cambridge Management and Leadership School, we have a strategy to combine our syllabus with study or cultural trips around England. Study trips are organised to raise students awareness about operations of real-life businesses.
For example, Business Management Students will have a trip to London which is the leading Financial centre since the 19th century while English Language students will have a trip cultural sites in London, Midland or Scotland.
Students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities
Cambridge Management and Leadership School (CMLS) supports the use of reasonable adjustments for Learners. Reasonable adjustments aim to reduce the effect of a disability so that a Learner does not experience any substantial disadvantage compared to a Learner that is not disabled.
We take all reasonable steps to identify and support Reasonable Adjustments and to reduce the impact of a disability. Reasonable Adjustments are recorded and evidence maintained by Cambridge Management and Leadership School to provide maximum learning support to students.
Counselling, welfare and wellbeing
Cambridge Management and Leadership School provide free confidential counselling services to its Campus students.
Our approach is to provide one to one counselling, mentoring or coaching services where we will assess your potential, learning aims or future targets then set your priorities to meet the learning and after learning career requirements. You can have an opportunity to discuss with us about your academic study including personal issues which may be impacting upon studies. Student Welfare Officer will help you with specialist advice and support services.
Support for International Students
If you are applying from an overseas (EU & Non_EU), we will help you in making a visa application to UKVI if it is required to get a visa. We can also provide you pick and drop facilities from the Airport.
Student administration and Welfare office will provide you guidance about living safely in the Cambridge and local area guides about food, banks, pharmacy, travelling, and shopping centres etc. We can also arrange your accommodation on request to live and study safe in Cambridge.
